At Clobric, we offer a seamless and hassle-free return and exchange experience. You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, store credit will be issued via email.

In case of a third exchange request, a delivery charge of ₹299 will be applicable.
At Clobric, refunds are only applicable in cases where the product received is damaged or defective.
Once we receive the returned item, the refund will be credited within 2–3 days.
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we request you to contact our support team via mail at clobricfashion@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds for such cases will be processed within 5–7 days once the product reaches our warehouse.
Requests raised after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for processing.
