Returns & Exchanges
At Clobric, we offer a seamless and hassle-free return and exchange experience. You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, store credit will be issued via email.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags intact
- In its original packaging

⚠️ A standard delivery charge of ₹199 will be deducted.
For all exchange and refund-related queries, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
⚠️ In case of a third exchange request, a delivery charge of ₹299 will be applicable.
Refund Policy
At Clobric, refunds are only applicable in cases where the product received is damaged or defective.
Process
- All returned items undergo a thorough quality inspection
- If approved, the refund will be initiated to your bank account within 3 days of receiving the product
Once we receive the returned item, the refund will be credited within 2–3 days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we request you to contact our support team via mail at clobricfashion@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds for such cases will be processed within 5–7 days once the product reaches our warehouse.
⚠️ Requests raised after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for processing.
Order Cancellation Policy
⚠️ A delivery charge of ₹199 will be deducted in case of cancellations.
Return Acceptance Conditions
Clobric reserves the right to decline returns under the following circumstances:
- The product has been used
- The product is damaged
- The product is not returned with original packaging and tags intact
For defective products, customers must share images at clobricfashion@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.
⚠️ Requests will not be considered if the issue is not reported within 24 hours.
- Uploading relevant images is mandatory for defective or incorrect items
- Approval or rejection may take 24–48 hours
- Once approved, pickup will be arranged within 1–3 working days
For your security:
- Please capture a photo or video while handing over the product to the delivery executive
- Hand over only the item scheduled for pickup
- Any additional items handed over will not be our responsibility
⚠️ Return or exchange is allowed ONLY ONCE per product (size or different product).
Exchange Conditions
All exchanges are subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee stock availability for specific sizes.
If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Store credit remains valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
Cancellation & Refunds
To cancel or modify your order, please email us at clobricfashion@gmail.com with your order details. We will process your request promptly.
- Refunds for cancellations will be initiated within 24 hours
- The credited amount will reflect in your account as per your payment provider’s timeline
